Our Senior Practice Leader, Nelson Ojanji, has over 20 years of experience with strengthening organizations around operations excellence, people& culture,  diversity, equity and inclusion; leadership development and staff training; non-profit operations and talent management;  strategic planning; and stakeholder engagement.

Nelson recently served as the Country Director of EGPAF Tanzania and has worked in South Sudan for 5 years in the past and also in Namibia, Sudan , South Africa and Ghana. He has been in the international development space for the last 22 years and have served in eight (8) countries within sub-Saharan Africa.

He was the global award winner of cross-operational leader in 2014 by InsideNGO. Throughout his career, he has sought to bring practicality of operations and programming excellence to the fore and from all lens. He has helped organization embrace simplicity and practicality in their practices and currently is helping organization to be ready for the future through the partnership in various operations, management and leadership enhancement initiatives.

He is a PhD researcher from JKUAT, MBA from University of Nairobi and he is a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales, Project management Professional-PMP, CPA (Kenya) Chartered procurement and supply chain professional-MCIPS, Human Resources Management partner-HRMP
